Custom Handle for a Tech?

Hi All. I've not ventured into the "custom" level of my wet shaving obsession. I have collected a couple NOS Travel Razors and I'm wondering what options are out there for custom handles from member hobbyists or other places. It seems like a shame to have these brand new razors in a drawer not getting use but I just can't go for the tiny handle that comes with the Travel Tech.

Any suggestions on handle options that fit the Tech head? Thanks much!

UFO intrigued me but I struggled finding much information on their site. I surmise from what I can glean so far that these are pretty pricey handles. Very, very nice looking.

I have 4 handles that fit my tech.: Tradere, Weber bulldog, Feather AS, Merkur 180. I also have the Tech ball handle and the fat handle.

The Tradere with the Tech head is a match made in heaven.

I have the UFO tornado xl handle ordered (for about three weeks now) and have two rhodium tech heads that I will mount the UFO on. One british straight hole and one triangle hole head. I love the tech!

I'm going to make a handle out of 7mm Rem Mag nickel plated brass. I am going to fill the brass with Devcon Plasti-Steel epoxy, drill, and tap. Should do well for that.

Thanks you Gents! Several good ideas for me to consider. Some are a little expensive for my wallet for this task now but I may look at some of the lower end options. I appreciate the help.

Cheapest Stainless option I see is the RazoRock Handle for $32...but you can get the entire razor for $40, so that may be an option if it's not out of your budget.

The UFO's and some others get pricey, $60-80+

IKon bulldog and Weber bulldog are great on a tech, and show up on the BST.

I like the Weber a little better

I seem to like the Weber Classic and the UFO handles the best. Damned if I can figure out the UFO web site completely though. I would be afraid I would end up with a different handle size than what I want. That website just isn't good. But the handles look great.

Let us know what you end up with.

I am the same about the UFO web site. If I'm reading it right, UFO handles are in the $80+ range.

I like the regular razorock handles. (I have the little bastone on a new) Pretty nice solid handles and you get the whole razor for $20.
