Could someone ID this Gillette for a New Guy?

I won this on ebay yesterday less than £10 inc postage. I probably should have asked before I bid but I'm a sucker

It's listed as a Gillette No24 but I can't find a 24 listed just 23 and 25.

That looks like a Gillette Tech ball end... I would need a closer picture to be sure...

Well after reading the Reviews on here of the Tech it seems it's great beginners razor. I consider this a lucky purchase as I'm just starting out on REAL Shaving (I'm 40 but have only just learned this true path )
