Gentlemen, may I suggest that those of us who enjoy more traditional fragrances band together and compile a list of such fragrances as an ongoing resource?
Let us proceed with the following guidelines:
1. Please add to the list only those fragrances which strike you as being genuinely old school in one way or another.
2. Please keep this thread entirely positive. Allowed: additions to the list and positive thoughts, anecdotes and questions about the fragrances on the list throughout this thread on a continual basis. Not allowed: negative comments and wars of subjectivity.
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINE:
3. Please keep the list in alphabetical order as you ADD TO IT (copy ENTIRE LIST, paste, ADD YOUR ENTRIES, post NEWLY UPDATED LIST). Our doing this will result in a COMPREHENSIVE LIST at the end of this thread without the need to scroll through the entire thread to see the entries.
4. Please do not remove any fragrance from the list. Leave that to the moderators. If you feel that a given fragrance doesn't belong on the list, simply PM a moderator and ask him to remove it stating your reason(s).
