Cologne similar to Burroughs Beard Oil

Hey guys, I recently picked up some Burroughs Beard Oil and I'm loving the smell. I was wondering if anyone knows of a cologne that is similar. Someone at the cologne shop led me to Pure Bleu Intense by Karen Low, but its not quite there. I'd appreciate any tips. Here is the oil: http://www.prospectorco.com/products/burroughs-beard-oil

That's a tough one. Is the inspiration William S. or Edgar Rice?

Since the Prospector Co. has its own line of aftershaves and frags, why don't you try them out? It might be worth getting some samples from them to see if they've designed something complementary.

I thought about their other offerings and shot them an email about this very question maybe 2-3 days ago. So far I haven't heard from them. I'll go back and see if there is a phone number listed.

Since I've never smelled the oil myself, I hesitate to go too far with recommendations. Have you tried basenotes advanced fragrance search? If you know what some of the notes in the fragrance you checked might be, and you know ones from the oil, you could crosscheck them and come up with some likely candidates.
