Cremo mint is pretty strong
ingram shaving cream, C.O. Bigelow have a similar cooling effect
I haven't used many mentholated creams, but from my limited experience, Lea is the most mentholated. When I rinse with cold water my face hurts.
Yeah, is that nasty, but it really wakes me up like nothing else.

Italian Palmolive (Rinfrescante) is fantastic. Both in performance and menthol level.
Lea Mentholated and Palmolive Rinfrescante are the top two I’ve tried. Both great in the summer, imo.

I'll second the Ingram recommendation.
B&M Terror is the coldest shave I have.
Those do not equal a shaving cream though.
Ingram Cool from Egypt is pretty cold as is Palmolive Rinfrescante from Italy and LEA Menthol from Spain.
Did you read the OP?Cryogen by Chiseled Face will bring tears if I'm not careful. (and I love it!)

Palmolive menthol is on the way, can't wait to try it ! I also ordered the Vitos eucalyptus cream in tube.
