Clubman After Shaves smells like.

Hi All,

What does your Clubman after shave smell like? Pinaud Clubman after shaves have caught my attention lately for some reason and I was curious to see what they smell like. I couldn't find on line samples but I found a bottle Clubman After Shave Lotion at a local Walgreen's. I'm not sure how to describe the scent but it reminds me of the powder the barbers used to use on your neck when they finished cutting your hair. What does your Clubman smell like or remind you of? It looks like there are several scents.

The original Clubman smells like talc and maybe bay rum, or similar spices. All of the Pinaud line that I have tried smell different. Citrus Musk and Special Reserve are my other favourite Pinaud splashes.

That's it, talc!!! Boy has it been a while since I've seen that stuff.

I asked the lady at Walgreen's who was helping me if they had other Clubman products. She said no but that she could see if she could order them. I almost said yes! I better try this one and see how I like it first before spending more $$$.

Walmart and CVS usually carry the Clubman Talc. It's in a big green can with a white cap.

Haven't seen it at our Walmart but I'll check out CVS tomorrow. Thanks.

I love the smell of napalm in the morning.... I used some for the first time this morning and HOWDY!! That will wake you up in the morning. What a sting but I'm sure that its because I've been getting some razor burn lately. The wife likes the smell so that's a plus.

Clubman Virgin Island Bay Rum - very nice but too much clove - very effective AS however.
Clubman Lime Sec Eau de Cologne - smells like bathroom cleaner

All my local CVS carry Pinuad Clubman aftershave and the talc powder. Pinaud Clubman is one of my favorites, it smells clean like a man should.

Original Clubman smells like light citrus, vanilla, spices, cloves and powder - an unbelievable scent imo.

Lilac Vegital smells like urine to me (likely a thought induced by the forums persistence of its similarities with urine, but I have to wholeheartedly agree) and is the only shaving product I've ever returned to the store.
