I'm new to the straight shaving side of B&B, so forgive the noobish question. If I use a pasted Chromium Oxide strop to touch up my razor how many strokes should I use roughly?

Welcome to the str8 side of B&B
. I do my touch ups every month or so...20-25 laps. Every 10 laps, I do the TPT (Thumb pad Test) to make sure it's sharp and I don't go overboard.-Robert

I do about 5-10 when the razor starts to tug. When my stropping wasn't so good, that was about every 7 shaves. Now it is more like monthly.
Since you said you are new to straight razor shaving, consider setting your pasted strop on a table, or using a paddle strop. It will be easier to use, and will make it less likely to round the edge.
Sets of 10, testing after each one. If three sets doesn't do it, I go back to the hones.
