chicken on a stick, marinades?

i like to buy chicken tenderloins and grill them on a skewer.

anybody have any good marinades?

so far im planning teriyaki, and honey mustard.

shoot me some ideas!

I like to keep it simple...

soysauce...teriyaki sauce...thats about it...grill to perfection...

Another simple option is bottled Italian dressing .. there are a million good marinade recipes out there, but the zesty Italian with some veggies in between is my choice for chicken kebabs

50/50 mix of soy sauce and ketchup (if you can find Filipino "banana ketchup" that works best & there are different varieties ... some spicy) and half as much lemon juice ... so you end up 50/50/25, if you catch my drift.

Toss in a bit of pepper, garlic & onions, and the like, maybe a bit of brown sugar if you want, and marinade the chicken skewers ... and then baste with the sauce while cooking.

Soy sauce, garlic, green onion, hoisin, red pepper flakes and maybe a little water if you need to thin it out. Serve with peanut sauce.

teriyaki brown sugar.
lemon juice black and white pepper.
lime cilantro cayenne.

If you have lemons or use cider vinegar garlic powder or fresh salt pepper paprika some thyme dried or fresh anything else you have on hand and oil ratio is two third oil to1/3 juice plus a dash water and a little sugar...
