Is anyone else having trouble ordering knots or brushes from Chen Baowen through AliExpress?

My order took 75 days and only had one of the three knots ordered.

Huh. Chen was always slow, but your experience seems most unusual. However, I haven't dealt with him in some time.

Yeah, two months here also. Ordered on 9/10 and just received yesterday. He waited a month and a half before shipping and wouldn't respond to emails. If you look at his feedback, it appears 2+ months is now the norm. One thing I don't like is AliExpress doesn't allow you to enter feedback until you confirm the order as received, so we have no way of knowing how many people got disgusted and cancelled their orders. Hopefully, the direct address will work out for you. Good luck.

I was able to get some knots from him but communication was spotty and slow. The knots I received were towards the bottom of the quality scale so I chalked it up as a cheap lesson and moved on. Ace has slightly better knots, but worse selection. Virginia Sheng has great knots and a decent selection and has been a delight to work with. My recommendation would be to get your money back on the last two and move on, but I won't condone you for pressing on to give them a try for yourself.

I really want that 30/83 Silvertip and have not found another source so far.
