Two beautiful brush handles, Rudy...... Well done doesn't quite express how impressed I am... Is this design something you'll offer to any of your other customers? I ask because I'm not sure if the materials are readily available... Such nice brushes...

Would a 28mm ShaveMac Two-band Silvertip work in them?

Totally up to Rudy. I released the design for him to use. It's as much his as mine. FYI, they are more beautiful in person than in the pictures.

Well the burl is just this side of stone. There is a 1300 year old temple in Japan made of Hinoki and still standing. Rudy went ahead and stabilized it so it should last even longer than that temple

I had ordered a 23mm Origin, but when it got here it was so dense Rudy would need to cut a 27mm hole for it. Initially i enlarged the top. By going with the burl we added strength in addition to width. Rudy would have to chime in, but there should be room. I think @Rudy Vey put a 26mm Shavemac in the second brush.
