REI and Bass Pro Shops will occasionally have good sales.

Sierra Trading Post if you can find one of their stores and be patient. GREAT prices on stuff like that, including Teva and others.
Not sure on where you are but Kittery Trading Post in Maine has Merrells cheap! We just got back from there yesterday. I only wear Merrells and I usually only buy them at the trading post.

Cabela's. You can find some online but the if you ever get a chance to go into one head up to the "Bargain Cave" and begin your search. You can score not only Merrel but just about anything else in the store.
