Cheap but Good Shave Creams for DE Safety Razors

Omega 46001 might be cheap but it's better -at providing a good and close shave- than some more expensive ones I own.

This one...

A lot of people talk about kiss my face creams, I havent used them but they're supposed to be good...

This one... that price is for 2 tubes btw...

I also own this one, bought it from this vendor so I know shipping will be $3.28 if you only buy this tub... It's not better than the aforementioned omega imo but it smells WAAAAAAAYYYYYYY better and lathers effortless...

How cheap do you want to go? Proraso and Musgo Real are probably the standard-bearers for the "middle of the road" crowd and they are around $10 a tube. You could go with something like Derby (available at Superior Shave for $4.75 including shipping).

C.O. Bigelow. It's a great cream, cheap, and easy to get a hold of if you're near a Bath & Body Works.

Probably less than $15

I like the Bigelow from B+B works. They have smaller tubes for 5 bucks. All the Bigelow is also Buy 2 Get 1. I went in to buy the larger tubes but had to settle for the smaller. Good stuff though.

palmolive- it is available as a cream [regular or menthol] or a stick. my favourite cream for the price, it works better than some that are double the cost.

I average $1-$2 a month for creams and soaps regardless of their actual sticker price. Proraso is the go-to "budget" cream, though.

Palmolive is a good low cost performer, but I had to stop using it because I developed an allergy to palm oil :(
If you want to take it up a notch and spend a bit more, TOBS, Musgo Real and O Melhor offer top shelf performance for 10 euro which is only 4 euro more than you'd pay for Proraso and Razo Rock

C.O. Bigelow (Green Box) from Bath and Body Works. A BBW can be found at many suburban/urban malls across the US so it is easy to replenish one's supply quickly if out of cream. The cream is made by ProRaso. Ten dollars for the large tube or three tubes for the price of two. Great stuff that I use alone or with soaps and glycerin to make uberlather. A tube lasts a long time.

Of the ones I've tried I'd say Palmolive (both regular and the Menthol version), and Nivea are pretty good. Proraso beats them both and isn't very expensive.

Real shave co . cream $5 at rite aid . Pacific shave cream at Lucky's $6 . Both work great and can be bought without the wait .
