Canada travel tech question

is this the same exact razor as a fat handle no date code USA tech? anything different in the dimensions/weight/shave?

I have this exact Tech minus the case. Got it off an antique shop dirt cheap. I have 3 Techs and this one is my fav. The head is heavier than the others, and I noticed the bottom plate is flat in the center instead of rounded off like the British and US Techs I have. It's also a touch more aggressive than my other 2 Techs. It's within my top 2 razors. I love it.
