Calling drP! A question about simpsons brushes

I'm actually calling any expert. I need simpsons help. I'm saving up for a two band from lee's. I'm choosing between the CH2, the T2, and the PL8. I wanna know which brush is best for someone looking for a brush that doesn't splay out very much and doesn't cover too much of the face. This seems obvious, but I ask because some small brushes (T2 being the smallest here) can splay out and actually give more face coverage than stiffer big brushes. Which do you guys think is the stiffest and gives least face coverage? I'd like something a tiny bit stiffer than a Rooney 1/1 in super, if that adds any info.

The CH2 is a big brush, even a 2 band super will give you a lot of face coverage. Same case with the PL8 but not as big as the CH2. I think you will be happy with the T2, a small knot in 2 band super will give lesser coverage and little to no bloom.

T2, that's indeed the one.
BTW: the lofts on my T2 and PL 8 are totally different regarding dimensions: the loft of the PL8 is much larger...

No experience with the PL series but the T2 2-band is excellent for face lathering. This one seems to have quite a short loft - I think there were 2 kinds long and short loft - not really sure about this.

So between a T2 and a CH1, which would you guys recommend? If I can get a short loft PL8, I'll get that for the handle length, but if not, it's between T2 and CH1 in two band. Which is stiffer? Which has a longer handle?
