While I've been shaving with a Gillette for decades, this is my first foray into DE shaving.

Dangerous talk Tanuki! I'm a rookie at both! :D. I have been thinking shave stands though...but my woodworking has really been limited to either cheap and cheerful shop projects or handout dovetails...neither of which really works for shave stands!
