I am going to say that @tankerjohn gave you great advice and pretty much all you need. I will just add that the Safari is more forgiving of poor maintenance since it has a cartridge/converter and it gets you writing the fastest with the included cartridge. The nibs are easily changed on the Safari if you want to try more out.
If you know that you are going to use bottled ink, the converter is an additional cost for the Safari. The triangular grip on the Safari is a bit more controversial if you don't hold your pen with a tripod grip.
