Well, if the going rate is $649,900.00 then $314.95 is a real steal!!! I could pick up a couple of them. One to keep for myself and one to sell for...hmm let's say $322,495.00. Half price! A win/win for myself and the prospective buyer!!!

Europeans use commas where North Americans use decimal points, I would guess they messed up inputting the price.
