Brush restore possable?

I really like this handle I found, but it has lots of cracks. Is it salvageable? I want to re-knot it. The old knot came out super easy, it wasn't much work to get all the old adhesive out. Any suggestions on how to keep it from falling apart.

Those ever ready brushes are pretty tough. Unless there are pieces ready to fall off of it, it will probably be fine.
The epoxy used to hold the knot will help somewhat in keeping the upper portion stable.
I don't really see any cracks in the picture, so it doesn't look too bad at all.

If you completely fill the cavity with epoxy that should keep it together pretty much forever.

If that has a hollow base (like my EverReady 150 did) I would drill into that and fill it completely up with epoxy or epoxy mixed with cork or other filler material.

I agree. With the second set of pics, I can see the cracks, but they don't look too bad. Are they all the way through? I mean, if you fill up where the brush was with water, does it come out the cracks?
