Bronnley aftershave alcohol-based?

Just out of curiosity:
Is James Bronnley Gentlemen's aftershave an alcohol based splash?

I ask this because I noticed some of the mid-range British aftershaves (St James of London, Arran Aromatics) are alcohol-free (though they tend to call them something else like Cologne Splash or Post-Shave Cologne)

I have a bottle and I checked the label. Unfortunately, it doesn't have an ingredients list. It did however have a sticker on the bottom that reads, "87% VOL" and it has a little flame symbol. I assume by the flame symbol that it probably has at least some alcohol in it. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
