What's new

Broken old types.

After purchasing a couple lots of razors off the bay, I have found myself with a number of old types whose handles have split completely enough to not hold the razor together anymore.

What do I do with them?

All suggestions welcome.

You can either use the epoxy method and repair them. Or what I do is, dismantle the complete razor and store in a plastic case all sorts by color and types. That way if I get another razor with a damaged top, I get out my little razor tackle box and grab a better one. Or put all the parts in a ziplock and sell on the bay. One went recently for a good chunk

Both of those not bad ideas. As a little hobby, I buy the lots, sell the pieces individually after a little cleanup. (I was planning to do a home replate of some of the pieces, but my timeline got shortened).

Might go for the second option there.
