Blue Steel Straight Razor ID Info ?

So I just got this razor

5/8 German-made "Blue Steel" razor with three pin pre-ban Ivory scales. Originally sold by A. Bemmerer & Son in San Francisco on Mission St. around the early 1900s (tang has full street address stamped on it). Shave ready. Has three scratches in the ivory near the last pin on the right side.

I was wondering if anyone had more info, a second opinion, or anything of note to add to the history, age, and origin of this razor. Thanks in advance

The wedge looks like blued steel but I was told that it was common for turn of the century and older razors to have a lead wedge, which this could very well be, so maybe that confirms the date.
