Blue Personna blade question

I shaved with this blade last night and absolutely loved it. I received it in a sample pack as a single blade, so there was no box to see exactly what type of Personna it is. I searched blue Personnas and there are different types, but I want to make sure to get this one. Anybody know which one this is?

It's either what they call a Lab or a Med Prep. If it says "For Hospital Use" on the blade, its a Med Prep.

I looked at the blade and it doesn't have "for hospital use" on it, so it must be a Lab. Thanks!

Personna Labs are pretty much my favorite blade and at $13 for 100, they don't come a lot cheaper.
