Birth Year Razor

I'm a bit jealous of all the older gents on B&B, as all of the cool Gillettes were made in and before the 1970's. However, I know that the G1000's were made into the early 90's. My question: Is the G1000 my only choice for a birth year (1989 [J3?]) Gillette?

EDIT: Also, are the G1000's actually dated on the bottom of the head, or dated by the packaging/blades included?

If I'm not mistaken, the black handled Super Speed and the Super Adjustable are the next closest things and they ran through 1986.

I'm born in 1987, and I'm afraid our only option for a birth year razor is the G1000.

I have heard that some 1987 razors were stamped with H, but I haven't seen one yet.
