Big pottery show in Charlotte, NC today. (Quite a few pictures)

So I went to the Spring Pottery Festival in Charlotte, NC today. There were sixty potters displaying their wares and TONS of people turned out for the event. There were so many beautiful things there that I was glad that I had limited myself to a set amount of cash before I went. Anyway, I thought I would share what I bought with you guys since I thought you all would appreciate it. This mug is pretty big, as you can see it holds two twenty four ounce Yuengling Black & Tan perfectly. It keep the beer nice and cold and it gets that great condensation on the outside of the mug. It's very heavy and in my opinion very manly.

Second is this bowl. It works perfectly as a lather bowl but it's a little big for my current vanity so I will probably display it with something in it. Not sure what yet.

Thanks for posting. I collect pottery and have been very successful in finding good pieces in junk shops around the South. I would have enjoyed going up the road to that show.
