Hi folks. I'm very interested in learning how you choose to care for your beards. Especially in what order you do things in. It might even be interesting for those who are new to sporting beards.
I'll go first, starting from when I get up in the morning:
Oh, and I have about 4 months of growth. I haven't measured, but I guess my beard is about 2,5 inches long. I shape my chins and neck (below the adams apple) one a week. And please excuse my english, if anything is unclear please ask.
I'll go first, starting from when I get up in the morning:
- Shower, thus washing my beard with Oak beard wash
- Blow drying while using a plastic comb from Kent to straighten the hairs (I have a VERY curly beard)
- Then I rub in about 15 drops of oil from Captain Fawcett
- Then I use my boar brush to more evenly distribute the oil and try to some what shape the beard
- Then I apply some mustache wax, also from Captain Fawcett, to give my mustache a natural look and to keep the hairs out of my mouth
