Back again, never give up

Well I just received my two straights back from honing, etc. What a difference?

Did shave with straight today but I have razor burn. I think I am using too much pressure on the razor. Any comments???

Probably. Or too high of an angle.

Regarding angle - I prefer the lowest angle which allows the edge to engage the hair. When it starts sliding over the stubble instead of cutting it, you have gone too shallow. Increase the angle ever so slightly and try again.
