Thanks, great link! I just started cooking with a little weber charcoal this year. First time grilling with coals and I've been trying to teach myself a lot. This site helps sort things out pretty well
 
Meathead really is an expert. I've had the pleasure of meeting Max Good as well and he's a nice guy who really knows his stuff.
 
I smoke meat.

:D I have a large WSM smoker and have done stuff like nearly 60lbs of pork shoulder, two 20lb turkeys, cold smoked cheeses, and 8 racks of ribs. I don't use it all the time but when I do it's go big or go home.
