Use it first. You might be pleasantly surprised. Looks like a decent boar knot in there.

That looks like my Culmak badger and bristle brush which makes great lather. Try it out before taking that knot out.
Is there soap in the Erasmic container? I have one like that, still sealed. I keep wondering how it lathers.
Oh, the brush? Looks nice. If you reknot it, use a two-band knot to keep that striking black-white-black-white look.
