Avoid this Dry Cleaner place in Toronto

So I called up this place to get a price on how much it costs to dry clean my wool peacoat. This was after I read this place as being recommended by Harry Rosen. The guy on the phone was rude, "you call to ask the price? If you want the price go somewhere else. Come here if you want quality". I was like "....yeah but I was just wondering if I could get a rough price before I drive down there" and he responds by saying "yeah right" and hangs up.

Probably but customer service has a big weight for me. Even if he wants to make his point there is a manner in doing it and you don't hang up on a potential customer.

I'd take the coat to this guy... it sounds like he takes pride in his work. Who knows, he might be a nice guy in person.
When I got my first pea coat (1984) a family member recommended a dry cleaner 20 miles away...insisted i go there. So I went.
The first thing the owner said was 'Now THAT'S a nice coat", asked me where i got it, and told me they would take good care of it.
To this day the guy's family cleans all my wool coats and wool shirts.
