About 10 yrs ago I bought some decanting equipment (different size atomizers, measuring cups, syringe, funnel) on ebay but I can't remember where. Where is a good place to buy this equipment? Prefer plastic. I need to decant some scents to keep in office or travel with.

Amazon has some things, as does ebay. I do not think you need funnels, measuring cups, or syringes.
I have bought a lot from these folks in the past and have been very happy with them. Bottles & Packaging - Atomizers & Spray - True Essence - https://www.trueessence.com/atomizers-spray/ There used to be a place in China that would sell some quantities very reasonably, although shipping took a while. But the place I bought from seemed to go out of business. I would think there would be someone else around like them.
