I have an Aristocrat I got off the bay. I really like the way it shaves.............on one side.
The blade gap is larger on one side than the other. That side gives me a good shave. The other side has a less wide gap and it shaves more like my SS, very mild.
The bars do not appear to be bent. The razor does not appear to be damaged but has probably been dropped.
Is there a way to repair or adjust the gaps on these razors?
Is there someone on the B&B that does this kind of repair work?
The other Aristocrat that I have shaves the same way on each side. It shaves and feels like the above with the wider gap.
Sorry I have not posted photos. If that would be helpful I could try to post them up.
I plan on keeping one and gifting the other to my son and would like to make sure they both shave the same on each side.
