Should be places to get it in Europe. As I recall from the write-ups on Basenotes.com, Aramis was actually re-releasing 2 more scents in Europe than in the States, with the re-release that included Havana.
In the states, at least for the first round of the Aramis re-release of about six scents, Saks, Neiman-Marcus, Macy's, and Belkin seemed to be the only stores that had them. I do not if any of these have store in Europe.
