Anyone used Myrto cologne "Lemon" or "Lavender"

Just stumbled across them on the ebay and it seems to be colognes from Greece and available at good prices. Available in Lemon and Lavender scent, I don't know if there are more scents. But there is very little written on the internet about them so I was curious to see if anyone on this forum had tried them? :)

I will probably take the plunge mallocchio. As you say, the price is not much to argue about - I will of course report back about my experiences if I get it delivered. I spoke with a greek today and he told me it was one of those brands that young people don't use much but he remembered it from the childhood as a great scent in the bathroom.

Myrto was a legendary cologne in 70's and 80's here in Greece, and it still smells pretty much like the original one.Fresh light scent, fades after 2 hours. It was used as an after shave as well. I prefer the lemon one.

Old time memories...my first Lavender cologne. No just Lemon and Lavender as i can recall.

Thanks for the info. I ordered the Myrto Lemon, while I was on ebay anyway - I ordered the Turkish lemon cologne "Selin" as well. Hope to make a comparison when they arrive. :)

I have now tried the Myrto from Greece as well as the Selin from Turkey and I think I prefer Selin which provides a slightly fresher and pure lemon sent. The Myrto has a more floral scent, and in lack of better references (I am no expert) I would say a hint of lavender.

Neither of the products are particularly long lasting.
