Mr. Ghe by Nettie Rosenstein - discontinued 1975 or before (when the company stopped production) - there was aftershave & cologne - and a Mlle. Ghe for women.
I haven't been able to find out anything about this - there were a couple of sales on a popular auction site, but the details are long gone.
