I placed an order via Amazon with shaving factory on August 7th, they said it shipped on August 25th and I still have not received my blades and shaving cream.
I have tried multiple times to contact them through Amazon and have been leaving messages on their toll free phone number.
I have left my cell number fr them to call me back (local NJ number) and still no response via phone or Amazon.
Their website has the same phone number as provided by Amazon, but I don't see an email address.
I know they give a 25% discuount to B&B members and was wondering if they are a member here or someone has any additional contact info for them.
I'll be back in Jersey soon, but I don't know if their physical address is even a real building where I can knock on the door and speak to someone.
