Anybody know anything about this or what it says? It looks like pflug leif?

It's a really small razor. On the reverse it says 56 superior razor the handle is horn I believe.

I think it says Pflugbeil, which is a German surname. A quick Google tells me there was a Carl Pflugbeil & Co razor company around the 1910s.

I would also read it as Pflugbeil.
