Anyone else out there who likes the menthol experience regardless of the weather? I live in Central New York and I love it even in the dead of winter.

Right here bro! Osage Rub has been the only AS I've used for almost a year 
My C.O. Bigelow is in constant use.
Osage is my best friend.
I don't care what the temperature, I love the feel of cool menthol. I just got Yeti Snot, cannot wait to try that come fall/winter.
Every day and every way. Soaps, creams, AS, Balm, menthol crystals. Add that to a cold water shave and you've got something fine.
I'm right there with you. I use Vostok even in winter.
I use Aqua Velva and Skin Bracer year round. I don't understand why anyone would change due to the seasons. Menthol feels great on my face and my home is heated in the winter and the freeze is gone before I walk out into the Minnesota winter weather.
I know Proraso isn't that amazing on the menthol level but I use it year round.
I've been using Green Freeze lately and wish the feeling would last hours instead of minuets.
The seasons do not influence my menthol use in any way. The Penguin , Kremlon, Osage rub (named after a native American tribe known for their great medical knowlege) ,Vito's Ice ,and several Myrsol menthols are year round enjoyment for me.
Yeah, I love my CO Bigelows too... i could use it every day happily, if I had to..

I've only used the Valobra Menthol, not very operpowering in any sense of the word, but it's my first/only menthol experience so far. I have a puck of Yeti Snot on the way, and am worried about using it!
That sensation is just refreshing no matter the temperature outside
The Palmolive see it's fair share of use regardless of weather.
Oh there is nothing like getting frosty on a frosty day! I wish I could get more menthol in my day with out taking up smoking menthol cigarettes
I've only been wet shaving for about 6 months now. Love the ice cold frozen face that menthol gives me. Don't plan on changing my shave routine, just because the weather has.changed.
Better believe it all year round. In South Florida there is no winter, only dry season
