we are a ponderin'... I realize these brushes are a labor of love and you might still be exhausted after last time, but some of us have to know!

Any word yet - B&B LE 2010?

It would really be a labor of love- I seem to recall an inordinate amount of moaning and griping and complaining over 'where's my brush', 'I can't find my order and it's (insert name) fault', and 'I ordered it but it's not here and when will it make it overseas'........
After all of that, I wouldn't be surprised if the mods didn't do a brush until 2050!
Some people seem to forget that anything custom takes time, effort, and money-do any of us really believe that the company making a niche product would actually rush what they are doing for the small amount of cachet they get from a 'minuscule' group of wetshavers(no offense meant-I too am part of this group).
Not to mention all the grief posted just because some of us 'men' seem to have fallen into the 'I paid for it and I should have it now mentality' when informed beforehand that it would take time to make and time to receive the orders and time to ship them out.
Granted, my name would be on the order list, but I would be surprised if this happens any time soon.

I, similarly, was disappointed with the number of folks bemoaning the process. At least I got my '09!

I got my 2009 brush in a purchase from a great gentleman on this forum. It has yet to arrive in the mail but I'm already planning on the first shave with that new tool.
I've only had one group buy experience, with the injector blades, and it was wonderful. I might have been more antsy if I was waiting on a cool brush, but I can't imagine complaining and then holding my head high in a gentlemenly sort of way after doing that.
I will participate if there is a 2010 and hope that the complainers opt to sit this one out.

my vote is for a turnback! 
There are no plans at this time for a 2010 LE.
That's weird as I remember there was this post back in June.
Did it get cancelled for some reason? Or was it just brainstorming at the time and it got put on the back burner? Would be a shame if there wouldn't be any this year, but understandable if it doesn't happen as it is a lot of work.
That's awful nice of you fellas... it's because of you guys (and Nick and I being a bit slow in the head) - we're already working on LE 2010! This year.... we're going to take an entirely new direction

They probably had at least a couple ideas swirling around back then; however, folks have lives outside of B&B that require attention first. We can certainly hope those ideas make it into future promos!

Is there anything that says a B&B LE has to be made by one of the big-name companies? We have plenty of gifted craftsmen within the community, perfectly capable of delivering a high-quality product
