Any photoshop gurus willing to help?

Hi all,

My wife and I are in need of some Photoshop help if we can find it. You see, we're creating a profile of our family to be shown to women who are considering placing a child for adoption. We're considering using the photo below as the cover image. We'd rather not have my nephew (i.e. the baby) in the photo, but to simply crop him out would leave me standing there with my wife's head and not much more.

Would it be possible to either remove the baby or somehow slide my wife up a bit so we could crop off the bottom? My photoshop skills are minimal at best so I don't really even know if either of those two options are really possible so I thought I'd ask if anyone here would know how to do it.

If anyone wants to take a crack at it, PM me and I'll send send the original image which is of a bit higher quality.

If I may...I took Phil's nice work and cropped off some of the bottom for balance.

That's awesome guys! Phil would you mind making those changes on the original image If I send it to you so I can make sure to have the best quality for printing? I know, I'm probably obsessing, but SWMBO wants this thing to be perfect.
