What's new

Any info. on this?

Have been working out everyday for over 2 years now, and have been taking whey protein for most of that time. I've just started adding German Creatine to the whey powder, and was wondering if anyone has been using the creatine, and what they think of it?

Eh, it depends on the manufacturer. Traditionally, German creatine is thought to be purer with less other stuff mixed in. "Creapure" is the wholesale name of it, and different labels use it.

To me, these days 100% creatine mono is 100% creatine mono. Maybe Illadelphia knows more as he was in the business.

Creatine mono is the only type that has research behind it.

Creatine is very good stuff when used in combination with other supplements. I recommend the EAS Betagen which has glutamine and HMB with it. I have had great results in short order with it. A lot of body builders recommend taking sugar right after you work out(and at no other time) as well to get the needed supplements into your bloodstream quickly for repair. I highly recommend you visit here: http://www.davedraper.com/index.html

Dave, former Mr. Universe and work out partner with Arnold, is awesome and very inspiring.

You can take creatine at any point in the day. Before it was said immediately after a workout or pre workout. You don't need a drink with creatine already in to make your body to take it in. You can get a 200 serving creapure mono hydrate for about $20.
