Any good Aloe Vera Shaving Soaps

Just scouring the internet was wondering what you guys like. It has to have Aloe in it. Ive been using an Aloe Bar Soap past few months.

I know of a few creams, but not really any soaps. Lots of Indian creams have aloe in them including Morison's Cool Citrus (my favorite) and Yardley Gold. The Body Shpop cream has it as well. Edwin Jagger/Muhle makes an Aloe scented soap, but whether it actually has aloe in it is another story.

Does adding aloe to your shave soap "pre-lather making" provide a suitable solution? You would probably be getting a higher or at least a customized percentage of aloe.

BTW, Aloe plants are easy to grow and maintain.

When I was living in Florida, some aloe decided to grow in my yard. It didn't spread aggressively at all, but it's a really resilient plant.

We used it to treat sunburns. Just snapping a leaf off and rubbing the gel onto a burn made it feel better!

I have a Jagger Aloe sample arriving today or tomorrow. I'll let ya know how it turns out. I've been on the hunt myself.

No, I just meant that I don't know the ingredients.

I checked with Edwin Jagger with regards their aloe vera soap (the first shaving soap I ever used by the way) and it does have Aloe Vera in. The Aloe Vera soap I've found to be very easy to get a decent amount of lather out of and works well for moisturising, slickness and generally an excellent soap. Still have the puck and will be ordering more when it runs out, be warned this puck of soap will take a long time to get through.

Hope this is of help

This takes our Hemp/Aloe blend to a new level with even more Aloe Vera blend added to increase shaving comfort. This is an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin. Extremely non-irritating while still offering a easy to lather shave soap. Extremely soothing, washes off clean and leave your face soft and moist. Some who use a soothing after shave balm to help with irritation may find they no longer need to apply balm after shaving.

This is a good soap that isn't talked about much.

+1
I prefer the Hemp/Aloe blend, but he also makes an Ultra Aloe which, not surprisingly, has more aloe in it.
