Are there any DE blade manufacturers left in the U.S.? Or has that been outsourced too?
Personna medical grade get good reviews...about $25 for a box of 100, not too shabby at all.
I really shouldn't be asking this, but *ahem* where would one order these blades from at that price, if one were interested in trying them?

Do you recognize that dispenser?
Personna, a.k.a. The American Safety Razor Company, makes the house-branded blades for all the drugstores and supermarkets in America, i.e. CVS, Shoprite, Wegmans, Exchange Select (on military bases,) etc.
The only thing they change is the packaging and the price.
The medical grade blades are a different (smoother) beast from the retail marketed blades.
Prep blades are generally used for preparing areas for surgery with the minimum of fuss & drag.
