Antique Store Fatboy Find

Hi,
Stopped by a new antique store in my area today in hopes of a good deal. Only found one DE razor, a F3 1960 Fatboy for $1.00.
Here's a pic before clean up.

Here's a pic after clean up and used for a great shave with a new Shark Super Chrome blade. Does have alittle brassing but functions perfectly.

I did build the shelf. Searched eveywhere and could not find anything I liked. There are some old pics of my shave den in the Darkroom here: http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=81088&page=50 Go down to post #993. I have added some more stuff since then.
I never thought I would get a Fatboy for a $1. I did leave my name and number with the owner of the store. He said he would call me if any more razors come in. Said that he did not think anyone used or collected them any more. May prove to be a gold mine.

And I paid 30 times what the OP did for mine, which is in excellent condition, but hardly exceptional. Really, it would be a good idea for me to make the round of our local antique stores before making any more forays on eBay.

Nickle. For some reason it's showing up alittle yellow in the pic. I can only take a decent picture outside in natural sunlight. Looks alot better in person.
