Another Al Rubberset project

Well, my desire to get one for a project and the eBay competition/ conditions finally meet. Maybe a little rougher than other starting points, but that will just make the end result sweeter, right?

Ahah...congrats on sneaking that one in. You certainly got it for a much more reasonable price than some of the other recent sales.

Yes I think it will. The Chevy not caddy comment was about the razor that I got with the brush in the auction. A barber's pet.

Funny you should mention it...I took liquid hand soap and a Scotchbrite pad to it last nite...progress.

I'll have to say I've seen these brushes quite a bit in the past on e-bay and I didn't pay much attention to them they never inspired me much. But after seeing them all polished up like aircraft aluminum in the Rubberset 400 thread they look fantastic! That blade looks quite nice as well not much rust or hone wear. I wish I had been ahead of the curve on this one. Brush wise that is. Congrats on a great double score. Can't wait to see the final restore.
