An amazing work of art

This is a video of the winner of Ukraine's got talent. She is an artist who uses sand on top of a light box to create her pictures. In this video she is using her unique and special talent to illustrate the German invasion of the USSR. 25 percent of the population gave their lives during the war a number which is hard to comprehend in this day and age. I don't know what the lyrics in the music mean but they reduce many of the audience to tears. Even without understanding the words, the images alone are extremely moving. I've never before seen someone try to express the horrors of war in such a unique and beautiful way. I hope you all enjoy this video as much as I did.

I've always found sand painting to be really amazing in its own right but the whole theme was very powerful. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the link. I never watch those kind of shows because of the fake bad contestants, or the same style pop singers/dancers over and over again, but that genuinely had me interested!
