Amish Butter Roll (32oz)!

Well. I've been shopping for a new brand of butter, a familiar face is missing ... anyways.

The Plugra is delicious, and we picked up Breakstones, which is another childhood memory.

Yes, Kerrygold is great but 25% more expensive than American made.

Then I saw it! :eek2:

A buttery gold light shined down on a two-pound LOG of butter!

Wrapped in butcher paper! What devilry is this! Appeal directly to my old school mindset!

Does anyone buy this Amish butter bomb? Because it's on my mind!

Not mentioned: which brand. There are two or three.

Chime in if this wonder is in your fridge.

I like it. Amish Country is the brand in my local. About $9 for 2lbs. It lasts a while. Maybe not quite as good as the European ones, but almost. It’s far superior to the regular American butter which I find bland.

Only two pounds? I use that amount in one week. Slacker.

Heres an Amish brand available in Middle Texas.

We are gonna need to see a picture for buttery sake.

With the bug, we only go to the store once a week.

Had run out of butter, and olive oil can only go so far ... put OO on a pancake? Yuck.

So the thought of a National Butter Reserve, a log of buttery goodness weighing POUNDS, has some appeal.

Must admit the Plugra is very good. Hadn't tried that one before.
