aluminum made Aristocrat jr. paperclip like

I´ve received this Aristocrat jr. and was wondering: he is all aluminum made like the paperclip HD - only the doors and the centerbar with endcaps are nickel plated. The case is dark green, not blue like the other Aristocrat jr. cases. I´ve never seen before that set. The paperclip HD is from 1952, so I think this set is from the same time. Now I´ve 3 different Aristocrat jr. in this case:

That's a great presentation of the great Junior! Amazing that the flat plate under the head is not consistent in all these variations. Would have been so interesting to hear Gillette's marketing department discuss their strategies for presenting these.

There's also the #51 set which I have in a paper box, just a normal flat plate Junior for the pricely sum of 7 shillings & 6 pence. I do think from the late 40's Gillette were marketing many variations of the same razor in ascending shiny boxes (Rocket HD's for example)

I'm still on the hunt for a paperclip but without it in the hand it's pot luck I guess.

I wish I had you luck in finding these unusual ones Achim, it's been a dry spell for me in the last few months.

The Aristocrat Jr, and the HD Rocket have to be the razors I want the most. There's just something about their looks that I really like. Too bad I cannot work one in my budget.
