What's happened to the Agua Lavanda Puig splash? I don't see it anywhere anymore. Is it being reformulated? Switch to plastic bottles? Gone?

No, I'm looking for the one that comes in the green glass bottles. I think that the gigantic jug has a weaker juice than the glass bottles.
I found it on a couple of sites, but when I tried to add it to the cart it told me that it was "temporarily" out of stock.

The larger green bottle seems to have been out of stock for some time. Now the small one is out. The only place I've seen it lately is La Tienda. I have about half a bottle left, but I'd hate to think that it's gone forever.

I was scared there for a minute, I have about half of a large glass bottle left, and one spare jug of the plastic bottle. La Tienda, seems to be frequently out of it, but they always seem to restock. May have to pick up a spare of the glass bottle. I'd by 55 gallon drums of the stuff if I could.
This place seems to have it in stock. I've ordered from there once and had no problems. Shipping is very reasonable. However, you have to buy when it is available. Don't count on it being there when you run out. It seems to stay out of stock for long periods.

It's a cologne, they don't make an aftershave version, although the splash in the plastic bottles can be used as a decent a/s.
OldAF, have you tried any of the Turkish colognes, the lemon and the lavender look like good blind buys and cheap!
I use the cologne in the green glass bottle as aftershave.....the plastic stuff is watery....if you get the chance to buy the green glass,get a few,this stuff comes and goes and sometimes disappears for long periods at a time
Just add ~2 drops of liquid glycerin per oz for some moisturizing protection
No, I have not tried them but they do look interesting. Sadly the Aqua Lavanda now appears to be sold out...
I use the plastic jug version mixed with some witch hazel as an aftershave. I think a few drop of glycerine would work nicely. Thanks for the tip.
The plastic version is . . . in plastic. Hence, the juice will by nature smell inferior to the one in the green glass. There's a little brick and mortar perfume shop here in Hamden Connecticut that regularly sells the glass Agua Lavanda. I had a bottle, but after spending considerable time in my bathroom (with extreme temp variations) the last ounce went off a bit and I had to dump it. It smelled very sour and strange, not like it should, which was a shame. But the other 6 ounces were a joy to wear. Definitely worth it to go for the glass over the plastic.

When I ordered mine the link displayed the glass bottle, when it arrived it was the Plastic container which you can use to fill an atomizer and add your glycerin. Use caution, too much glycerin will make your face feel sticky, IME. you can carefully pop off the top of the container to add directly to the Plastic container once you find the desired ratio of glycerin per oz.
I'd use an atomizer(AS) or small decanter(EDC) and store the Big plastic container in a cool dark place... or the refrigerator.

you can tell by the "ounces" when you order which bottle you are going to get...the stuff in the plastic jug resembles , but is not the superior formula in the glass bottle.I have seen many of the online discount perfume houses pulling this trick with the photos ,on other brands of cologne/aftershave as well...
Does this particular Lavanda have any staying power? Or, like every other Lavanda I've tried, does it last for perhaps an hour then vanish totally?
