So, I was able to come across a rare beauty. An AF Hemingway Sungrown both in classic and signature size. They're normally only sold in small batches (165 boxes a year), but this year was a little different. I guess they figured they'd let "small-fry," like me, try them.
I must say that after years of smoking the natural/maduro that this was a refreshing taste. This cigar definitely needs age, as they hay lasted for more than an inch, but once it opened up it had a great flavor. You can tell they didn't change the filler much, and probably the binder, but you got that great sungrown flavor and spiciness. It was a great combo. Alas, I'm putting the boxes down for 6 months before I try again. Hopefully they'll age finely
