What's new

A must for wet shaving for sensitive skin.

I have been using a product for years. You purchase this in the fancy stores, where they sell perfumes and jewelry. For some reason, I bet most have not used it, who needs it. Its very exspensive, but all you need is one drop. The little 15 dollar container will last for a couple years, or longer if used sparingly. The name of it is CLINIQUE post shave healer, skin supplies for men. they also carry a whole line of other items. My sister bought this stuff for me years ago. I would of never thought of buying this product. After using it I always go back for more. When you put this stuff on, your face feels like like a million dollars. Even if you nick yourself 6 times for some reason when your skin doesnt want to be shaved. You walk away feeling like you didnt even shave, but even much better. I would never buy another product to replace it, as long as I could still get it.:thumbup1:

I cant answer as an experienced cream person, but the package my sister gave me for a gift, had that too. I remember, over 10 years now, that I would rub it in my hands with a little water and shave with it and it was always plessant. I can say that all there products, the soap, face cleanser all that are really good. I am too frugal to buy anything but the post shave healer, though. I will say that everything In the basket last a real long time, because its quality stuff, my sister must of spent at least 60 bucks on it, and that was in the 90's

Clinique is my wife's favorite product line and she is always watching for promotional sales. They usually have monthly sales of the nature "buy $30.00 and get a free package of other goodies".

She usually has to buy stuff she doesn't really need in order to meet the minimum, and now she can buy some good stuffs for me and my addiction.

During my dark years (read using cartridges) I was always looking for a better post shave treatment. I settled on one of the clinique post shave treatments (they have post shave healer and post shave soother) I honestly don't remember which one it was, but they felt quite different - I think maybe one has much more alcohol. I think the healer is the one I prefer - I guess I'll have to try them out after shaving to figure out which one was better.

It turns out it is the soother that I prefer. It is harder to come by, but it is worth a try if you like the healer.

CLINIQUE!!! you say sells shaving products my daughter has been working for them for years and never said a word about that and she gets staff discount!!! Right I feel a family meeting is going to be booked in the diary!!!:tongue_sm

Sounds good. Can anyone who's used both say whether it's better than Proraso Pre/Post? I'm just blown away by the efficaciousness of the Proraso to leave my skin feeling amazing, even with a couple of weepers.

I've used almost everything in cliniques line up. I got a gift basket for christmas one year. It's a great line if you don't mind dropping a few bucks!
